Chicken Cream Casserole Recipe
- 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. minced frzn broccoli
- 2 c. cooked cut up chicken (4-5 lg. breasts)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- Cook broccoli about 3 min and place on bottom of a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch buttered pan.
- Put cut up chicken on top of broccoli.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise, cayenne and lemon juice together and pour mix over chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese over this and then cover with bread crumbs.
- Bake uncovered 25-30 min at 350 degrees.
- Serves 6-8 people.
