Ham, Mac & Cheese Soup

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in flour and mustard.
  4. Add broth and half & half.
  5. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 4-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low; stir in cheese until melted.
  7. Stir in cooked macaroni and ham.
  8. Cook 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.
