No-Peek Stew

  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot and stir.
  2. For best results turn crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Using the high setting for a shorter period does cook the meat but its not nearly as tender as if you cooked it on low for a longer period of time.
  4. I love the gravy as is, or you can thicken it up or spice it up however you like.
  5. My family enjoys this stew over basmati rice with a side veggie.
  6. *Serving size depends on how much your family piles on their plate.
  7. This dish is great for leftovers or for freezing.
