No-Peek Stew
- 3 pounds Stew Meat Or Roast
- 1 container Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 package Onion Soup Mix
- 1 cup Ginger Ale
- Put all ingredients in crock pot and stir.
- For best results turn crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Using the high setting for a shorter period does cook the meat but its not nearly as tender as if you cooked it on low for a longer period of time.
- I love the gravy as is, or you can thicken it up or spice it up however you like.
- My family enjoys this stew over basmati rice with a side veggie.
- *Serving size depends on how much your family piles on their plate.
- This dish is great for leftovers or for freezing.
