aunt clara's 60 minute rolls
- 2 packages yeast
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp sugat
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- dissolve: 2 pkg yeast in water
- heat to lukewarm: milk, sugar, salt, butter
- add: yeast and 3 c. or more flour for stiff dough.
- put in warm place for 15 minutes.
- turn out on thickly floured board.
- pat 3/4 " thick, butter top, cut to any
- place in greased pan, let rise 15 minutes.
- bake 400 for 15 minut
