aunt clara's 60 minute rolls

  1. dissolve: 2 pkg yeast in water
  2. heat to lukewarm: milk, sugar, salt, butter
  3. add: yeast and 3 c. or more flour for stiff dough.
  4. put in warm place for 15 minutes.
  5. turn out on thickly floured board.
  6. pat 3/4 " thick, butter top, cut to any
  7. place in greased pan, let rise 15 minutes.
  8. bake 400 for 15 minut
