Corned Beef

  1. Line shallow pan with heavy foil.
  2. Put corned beef in center of foil & pour water over top.
  3. Sprinkle with spices & arrange vegetables over & around meat.
  4. Seal meat, bringing foil ends up so juice cannot run out.
  5. Bake at 300F for 4 hours.
  6. LEt cool & slice thinly.
