Corned Beef Hash with Fries
- 3/4 cup KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup TAPATIO Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-1/2 gal. cooked corned beef brisket, coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 gal. onions, minced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- frozen steak fries Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 12 each eggs
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce and honey.
- Combine corned beef and onions; cook, in batches, in skillet or on flat top on medium heat 10 to 12 min.
- or until onions are caramelized and corned beef is heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, deep fry steak fries as directed on package; drain.
- Coarsely chop fries.
- For each portion, 2 servings: Fry 1 egg in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat until sunny-side-up.
- Place 5 oz.
- fries in shallow bowl; top with 1 lb.
