Diabetic Jello Mold Recipe

• 2 c. unsweetened fruit cocktail (reserve juice)
• 3 ounce. cream cheese
• 3 tbsp. Equal
• 3 ounce. sugar free lime gelatin

1. Mix Jello and Equal together.
2. Add in cream cheese and dissolve in 1 c. boiling water.
3. Add in water to reserved juice to make 3/4 c.. Add in to mix.
4. mix in fruit when mix is partially set.
5. Calories 1 serving = 97.
