Barbecue Recipes Marinade for Steaks, Roasts, Vegetable Kabobs a
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Excellent for steaks, roasts, vegetable kabobs and hamburgers.
- Marinade may be stored in freezer for re-use.
