Hot Artichoke and Bacon Spread
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 14 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 12 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and chopped
- Cook bacon, then set aside on paper towel to drain.
- Combine mayonnaise,dill weed,and garlic.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add both cheeses and mix again.
- Crumble the bacon and add to mixture along with the chopped artichokes.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Spoon mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes'.
