Niratama (egg & chinese chives)

  1. Combine all seasonings in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. (after boiled about 30 sec)
  3. Add nira, stir and simmer over medium-low heat until cooked.
  4. (nira is cooked in a flash)
  5. Pour the beaten egg evenly on surface and cook for 20~30 sec over low heat.
  6. Cover with a lid and turn off the heat.
  7. Steam the egg until desired doneness.
