Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  3. Press onto bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Place strawberries in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade or 5-cup blender container.
  7. Cover; process on high speed until finely chopped.
  8. Add ice cream, limeade and tequila.
  9. Continue processing until well mixed.
  10. Spoon ice cream mixture into prepared crust.
  11. Smooth top with back of spoon.
  12. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  13. Remove pie from freezer; let stand 15 minutes to soften.
  14. Beat chilled whipping cream and powdered sugar in chilled bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until soft peaks form.
  15. Cut pie into wedges; garnish each slice with whipped cream and lime zest.
