Deep-fried Soy Sauce and Garlic Chicken Thigh Marinated in Yogurt
- 330 grams Chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 5 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 as much as you want Lemon juice
- Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the chicken, yogurt, salt, soy sauce and garlic in a plastic bag, and leave it to rest in the refrigerator over 2 nights.
- Put katakuriko in a plastic bag.
- Add one piece of chicken thigh and some air in the bag.
- Shake the bag so that katakuriko will coat the chicken.
- Coat all of the chicken pieces this way.
- The chicken will be like this.
- Deep-fry the chicken in 170 C vegetable oil.
- Cook both sides well, then lift up the chicken in the air for 10 seconds.
- Put the chicken back in the oil for finishing to make it crispier, as if you double fried it.
- The fried chicken will turn out like this.
- Sprinkle on some lemon juice if you'd like, and it will be delicious as well!
