Fluffy Orange Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat all ingredients except icing sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  5. or until toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean.
  6. Cool cake in pan 10 min.
  7. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife.
  8. Gently remove cake from pan; cool completely.
  9. Sprinkle with icing sugar just before serving.
