Dirty Rice

  1. With about 2 cups of water, mix all meats together in a heavy pot on a medium-hot burner.
  2. Add all the seasoning ingredients, except mushroom soup, at the start of cooking.
  3. Cook at medium speed approximately 4 hours.
  4. Stir often.
  5. Then add the cream of mushroom soup.
  6. Continue cooking for 30 minutes.
