Goat Cheese Dressing
- 3 tablespoons fresh goat cheese
- 3 to 4 tablespoons skim milk
- 3 or 4 sprigs thyme, marjoram or oregano to yield 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped leaves
- In small bowl, mash cheese with milk until smooth.
- Stir herbs into cheese mixture.
- Toss with greens.
