Turkey Tortilla Casserole
- 1 lb ground turkey breast (93% lean)
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 ounces red enchilada sauce
- 6 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can green chilies
- 12 cup water
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown turkey and onion, drain, return to pan and mix in enchilada sauce,seasoning, water and green chilis.
- Heat until hot.
- In ungreased 11x7 inch baking dish spread 1 cup of meat mixture.
- Cut tortillas in half.
- Place 6 tortilla halves on top; spread with 1/2 cup of the sour cream.
- Top with 1/2 cup of the cheese, 1 cup of the meat mixture, and 6 tortilla halves.
- Top with remaining sour cream, remaining meat mixture and remaining cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- cut into 6 equal size servings and enjoy.
- Other: if you like it milder use green onions instead of chilis.
- Regular flour tortillas can be used instead of wheat.
