Kelaguin Uhang--Shrimp & Peppers

  1. Peel the roasted green pepper and remove seeds.
  2. Chop pepper and place in small bowl with onions, and 1 tablespoons of the crushed red peppers.
  3. Squeeze the juice from one lemon and add to mixture in bowl.
  4. Stir in shrimp and grated coconut.
  5. Season to taste using salt, and additional lemon juice and crushed peppers.
  6. Serve with warm tortillas.
