Ranch Chicken

  1. Boil chicken and cool, then take it off the bone.
  2. Cut it up into pieces, mix it with onions, peppers, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. (I don't add salt to mine.)
  4. Set this aside.
  5. Mix chicken soup, mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce and set this aside.
  6. Dip corn tortillas in hot chicken broth, then put in a layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
  7. Then a layer of chicken.
  8. Then a layer of cheese.
  9. Continue the layering until all the mixture is used.
  10. Pour soup mixture over all of this.
  11. You can put a layer of tortillas, then chicken, cheese and soup.
  12. Put more cheese on top and bake at 350u0b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
