Italian Scot
- 2 ounces single-malt Scotch
- 1/4 ounce Averna amaro
- 1/4 ounce pear brandy
- 1/4 ounce Honey Syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Ice
- 1 orange twist, for garnish
- 1/4 orange twist
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Scotch, amaro, pear brandy, Honey Syrup and bitters.
- Fill the shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled, ice-filled rocks glass.
- Pinch the orange twist over the drink and add to the glass.
