Real Down Home Pork Sausage

  1. May ajust these seasonings to your own taste !
  2. Grind porkfat and mix with lean pork.
  3. Combine well.
  4. Combine all seasonings and mix with pork.
  5. Mix in well with hands and make a small patty and fry until done, Taste your product and ajust seasonings if needed.
  6. Shape into patties and freeze on cookie sheets until hard.
  7. Store in freezer containers until needed.
  8. I use a slider mold to make patties.
  9. Cook time is time in freezer.
