Croque Monsieur

  1. Place bread slices in full-sheet pan (or in half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
  2. Toast under heated salamander or broiler until golden brown.
  3. For each serving: Spread 1 bread slice with 1 Tbsp.
  4. (15 mL) cream cheese product, then 1 tsp.
  5. (5 mL) mustard; top with 2-1/4 oz.
  6. (65 g) ham and 1-1/2 oz.
  7. (45 g) Swiss cheese.
  8. Broil until cheese is melted.
