Croque Monsieur
- 12 slices crusty bread, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 48 slices Black Forest ham, thinly sliced
- 4-1/2 cups Kraft Swiss Cheese, shredded
- Place bread slices in full-sheet pan (or in half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Toast under heated salamander or broiler until golden brown.
- For each serving: Spread 1 bread slice with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) cream cheese product, then 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) mustard; top with 2-1/4 oz.
- (65 g) ham and 1-1/2 oz.
- (45 g) Swiss cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted.
