Shishito Yuzu-Ade Cocktail

  1. Put the peppers, simple syrup and a few cubes of ice in a large glass.
  2. Muddle vigorously until peppers are pulped and broken into pieces.
  3. Combine resulting mixture with yuzu juice and vodka in a shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake well.
  5. Strain into a highball glass over ice and add a splash of club soda.
  6. Garnish with a few chunks of shishito pepper from the shaker.
