Couscous with Vegetables

  1. Using low heat, stir-fry the * ingredients in 1 tsp of oil for about 1 - 2 minutes.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pour boiling water little by little to the couscous.
  4. Stir.
  5. After a while, you'll notice the couscous will resemble rice.
  6. Continue adding water until you think the couscous has absorbed it to the maximum.
  7. Add the stir-fry, mix well.
  8. Add the remaining ingredients.
  9. Enjoy!
