Chicken Tortilla Casserole

  1. Cook chicken in water until tender; cut/shred into bite size pieces.
  2. Mix onion, chiles, soups, water/broth and garlic together with chicken in saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil; then remove from heat. Cut tortillas into 1 inch pie shaped pieces.
  4. Layer tortillas, chicken soup mixture and cheese alternately in a large casserole; continue with layers ending with cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven uncovered.
  6. Makes 6-8 servings.
