Sprout Surprise ( Alfalfa Sprouts )

• 1 apple, peeled and cored
• 175 g alfalfa sprouts
• 6 mint leaves
• 3 carrots, peeled and cored

1. Toss everything in the juicer.
2. Juice until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
