Shrimply Delicious Pasta
- 1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 lb. frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup (3/4 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding asparagus to the boiling water the last 3 min.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Stir in shrimp and garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
- Add reduced-fat cream cheese and broth; cook 2 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted and shrimp is heated through, stirring frequently.
- Stir in 3 Tbsp.
- Parmesan.
- Drain pasta mixture.
- Add to skillet; toss to coat.
- Transfer to platter; top with remaining Parmesan.
