Hot Sausage Balls

• 1 pound sausage, bulk hot
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded
• 3 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

1. Mix and shape into marble size balls.
2. Bake at 350F (180C).
3. for 20 minutes.
