White Albacore Tuna Salad

  1. Place the tuna, dill, hot sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in a 3 cup food processor.
  2. Puree for 20 seconds.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and puree for another 30 seconds.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedge, and serve.
  6. Tip: Store this spread in an airtight container.
  7. It will keep its freshness for 2 days.
