Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Thaw frozen spinach.
  3. Chop artichoke hearts into very small pieces.
  4. Set 1/2 cup (125 ml) of parmesan cheese aside.
  5. Now mix ALL INGREDIENTS together in a baking dish (you can do it in all one dish!
  6. I love that!)
  7. and sprinkle 1/2 cup (125 ml) parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 20-30 minutes or until nice and brown around the edges.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve with white corn chips.
  11. This should be kept in the frige....and it is great hot or cold!
  12. (I like it both ways!)
