Beefsteak Tomato Salad Ala Daniel's Broiler

  1. Peel onions.
  2. Slice tomatoes thick, just over 1/2 inch slices.
  3. Slice onions thick, but thinner than tomatoes, just over 1/4 inch slices.
  4. Lay out onions and tomatoes, alternating, on a platter.
  5. This should fill two platters.
  6. Pour dressing over the length of the vegetables.
  7. Serve.
