Triple-Fruity JELL-O Dessert Squares

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Meanwhile, heat coconut milk to boil in small saucepan.
  3. Stir boiling milk into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Add enough ice to juice to measure 1-1/2 cups.
  6. Stir into gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  7. Remove any unmelted ice.
  8. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; place in medium bowl.
  9. Stir in pineapple.
  10. Refrigerate remaining gelatin 15 min.
  11. or until slightly thickened.
  12. Stir in COOL WHIP with whisk until blended.
  13. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  14. Refrigerate 10 min.
  15. or until set but not firm.
  16. Carefully spoon reserved gelatin over creamy layer in pan.
  17. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  18. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
