Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet.
  2. In a large zip-top bag, add almond flour and all the seasonings.
  3. Shake to mix thoroughly.
  4. Beat egg in a bowl for the egg wash.
  5. Dip each chicken strip into egg wash and then pop right in zip-top bag.
  6. Shake to fully coat chicken.
  7. I like to do 4 strips at a time.
  8. Add strips right to hot pan and cook for 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  9. Plate and feast!
