Vegan Tortilla Pizza
- 1 whole Sprouted Grain Tortilla
- 5 Tablespoons Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Daiya
- 1 cup Chopped Zucchini
- 1/2 cups Pitted Olives
- 3 dashes Basil
- 2 dashes Black Pepper
- 2 dashes Crushed Red Pepper
- Before you begin make sure to preheat the oven to 350 F. Next grab a sprouted grain tortilla, put it on a baking sheet and spread approximately 5 tablespoons of marinara or tomato basil sauce all over it.
- Sprinkle the Daiya, chopped zucchini, olives, basil and peppers over the sauce.
- Let the pizza bake in the oven until the Daiya is melted, about 7-8 minutes (but make sure you keep an eye on it).
- Then remove it from the oven, slice and enjoy!
