AVOCADOs CREAM (fast and easy, not to mention DELICIOUS) Recipe mlevacov
- Avocados (one or more)
- Lemon juice & grated lemon peel
- Plain milk or Vanilla ice-cream
- Sugar or powdered sweetener
- Cut ripe avocados (buttery texture) in half, remove the pit in each one (and reserve one for later use) and place the pulp in the blender.
- Add sugar (or sweetener), lemon juice and milk OR vanilla ice cream to taste.
- Blend well, until it becomes very smooth and creamy.
- Place this mixture in a bowl (or back in the empty skin halves) and sprinkle it with the grated lemon peel.
- One pit is placed back in this mixture, to keep it from turning blackish-green, maintaining it looking fresh and light green.
- Keep it refrigerated until is served.
- Suggestion: do not add exotic ingredients.
