AVOCADOs CREAM (fast and easy, not to mention DELICIOUS) Recipe mlevacov

  1. Cut ripe avocados (buttery texture) in half, remove the pit in each one (and reserve one for later use) and place the pulp in the blender.
  2. Add sugar (or sweetener), lemon juice and milk OR vanilla ice cream to taste.
  3. Blend well, until it becomes very smooth and creamy.
  4. Place this mixture in a bowl (or back in the empty skin halves) and sprinkle it with the grated lemon peel.
  5. One pit is placed back in this mixture, to keep it from turning blackish-green, maintaining it looking fresh and light green.
  6. Keep it refrigerated until is served.
  7. Suggestion: do not add exotic ingredients.
  8. Part of the beauty & great taste lies in the simplicity of this dessert.
