Spinach Chicken Pie

  1. In a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole, combine stuffing mix, oats, spinach and broth.
  2. Toss with butter and salt.
  3. Press gently into 9-inch glass pie plate.
  4. Cook on High in microwave for 2 minutes to set crust.
  5. Mix chicken, sour cream, mushroom soup, 1/4 teaspoon salt and Accent and pour into center of pie shell.
  6. Cook in microwave on High for 10 minutes, giving pie plate a quarter turn twice.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges for serving.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
