Tennessee French Coconut Pie
- 1 8 inch unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 14 cup margarine
- 1 13 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 13 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can coconut
- Cream butter and sugar,add rest of ingredients and pour into pie crust.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Cool befor serving.
