Ramp Lovers Hors D'oeuvres - Ramp Dip

  1. Blanch 15 ramps including tops, cool, then chop finely.
  2. Whip sour cream and softened cream cheese together.
  3. Add cayenne pepper and salt.
  4. Add chopped ramps.
  5. Take remaining raw ramps, chop finely, and add to mixture.
  6. Serve with bite size pieces of French bread.
