Beef Tenderloin With Blue Cheese

  1. Heat gas grill on medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Rub steaks all over with oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place steaks onto grill.
  5. Grill, turning once, 7-11 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F.
  6. (medium-rare) or desired doneness.
  7. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl.
  8. To serve, dollop butter mixture over grilled steaks.
