Polynesian Chicken

  1. Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and saute.
  2. Add carrot, pepper, mushrooms and pea pods; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken, onions, teriyaki and soy sauce.
  4. Cook just until heated through. Add broth and bring to a boil; stir in pineapple.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in reserved juice.
  6. Add to skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with hot cooked rice!
