jalapeno & cheese popovers
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 3 tbsp butter melter
- 1 cup milk room temperature
- 1/3 cup mexican 4 cheese or any cheese u like
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced pickled jalapeno ,patted dry
- preheat oven to 425F.
- in a mixing bowel and hand electric mixer, add frist 5 ingredients into the bowel, mix for 30 seconds untill smooth.stir in cheese and jalapeno set aside for 30 minutes.
- lightly grease muffin pan, with cooking spray ; after the 30 minutes of setting, scoop batter in each muffin hole half way full, i used a large muffin pan.
- bake 15 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 375 and bake 12 to 15 minutes or untill golden brown.
- Note:: make sure ur ingredients are room temperature
