Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

• 1 quart. Coffee Rich, thawed
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 (3 ounce.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
• 4 Large eggs
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Lowfat milk to 2" of top of 2 quart. ice cream freezer

1. Mix above ingredients together except lowfat milk.
2. Pour in ice cream freezer and add in the lowfat milk.
3. Freeze.
