Sweet, Sour, and Spicy Grilled Pork Offcuts
- 400 grams Pork offcuts
- 4 tbsp Katakuriko
- 4 tbsp *Vinegar
- 3 tbsp *Sugar
- 3 tbsp *Soy sauce
- 5 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- Combine the * seasonings.
- Thoroughly coat the meat in the katakuriko.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meat over low-medium heat, being careful not to burn it.
- Once it has thoroughly cooked through, add the * seasonings to the frying pan and coat the meat over high heat.
- Simmer.
- When most of the liquid is gone, mix in the white sesame seeds to finish.
- Eyeball the amount of katakuriko; 4 tablespoons is a guide.
