Burritos El Grande

  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  2. Stir in salsa and peppers.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice; cover.
  5. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  6. Spread beans down centers of tortillas; top with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  7. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
  8. Serve with sour cream.
