Pet Treats from Chuck! - Chicken Liver Cookies

  1. Combine wheat germ and flour.
  2. Beat egg with oil, add chicken broth and parsley, mixing well.
  3. Add flour mixture slowly, stirring.
  4. Fold in chicken liver and mix well.
  5. Place dough on a floured surface and roll to 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Cut with a knife or cookie cutter.
  7. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for 15 to 18 minutes or until firm.
  9. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
