Tortilla Dessert Cups
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 6 medium, flour tortilla
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pkg. Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tub Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 3 cups fresh fruit
- MELT 3 Tbsp.
- butter in a small microwavable bowl.
- Mix 3 Tbsp.
- sugar and 1 tsp.
- cinnamon in another bowl.
- Brush both sides of 6 medium flour tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
- GENTLY press tortillas into 6 custard cups to form cups, microwave 3 cups at a time on HIGH for 45 seconds.
- Let cool 5 minutes before removing from cups.
- Repeat for remaining cups and set aside until needed.
- Cups should be firm before removing from cup.
- BEAT 1 pkg.
- (250 g) softened Philadelphia cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1/2 cup sugar until blended.
- Stir in zest of one lime.
- ASSEMBLE by filling tortilla cups with filling and top with assorted fresh fruit.
