Poppy Seed Bars Recipe
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. poppy seeds
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into 9 x 13 pan.
- Beat Large eggs, vanilla, and brown sugar.
- Add in poppy seeds and lowfat sour cream.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
- Beat together cream cheese, lowfat milk, and powdered sugar.
- Spread on hot bars and chill.
