Chicken with Asian Peanut Sauce

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Combine 1/4 cup peanut sauce with chicken.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers.
  8. Grill 5 to 7 min.
  9. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F), turning after 4 min.
  10. ; place on platter.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts and onions.
  12. Serve with remaining peanut sauce.
