Easy Spam Triangles

• 1 can (7 oz.) Spam Luncheon Meat, cut into sm. cubes
• 1 pkg. (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust
• 3/4 cup shredded gouda cheese
• 1 egg white, beaten
• 1/2 cup peeled, diced apple
• Vegetable cooking spray
• 2 tbsp. onion sour cream dip
• 1/4 tsp. poppy seeds

1. Heat oven to 425F.
2. In bowl combine Spam, cheese, apple and dip.
3. Cut one pie crust sheet into 8 wedges.
4. Place 1/4 cup Spam mixture in center of each wedge, spreading to within 1/2-inch of each edge.
5. Moisten edges of pastry with egg white.
6. Cut remaining pie crust sheet into 8 wedges.
7. Place over filling.
8. Press edges of filled pastry firmly together using fork.
9. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
10. Brush with remaining egg white and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
11. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
