Chocolate Peppermint Swizzle
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract or 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
- whipped cream
- Stir together Eagle Brand and cocoa powder.
- Simmer, stirring constantly until heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla or peppermint extract.
- Serve warm in mugs with a peppermint swizzle stick or candy cane; top with whipped cream.
