Chicken Salad Balsamic
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup apple, diced
- 12 cup celery, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Combine chicken, apple, celery, green onion and walnuts in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar and olive oil, pour over chicken mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Let salad rest 10 to 15 minutes, mix again, then refrigerate until chilled.
